Desktop Version Support
With local file system view and quick upload of assets/versions/attachments. Would even be awesome if the local file system (or just designated folders) was backed up to the cloud. Users could view that content from the desktop or cloud version and move content from a personal "Draft" state into a workspace.
Sub Libraries within Libraries
The ability to add folders or sub-libraries to a Library. To better sort and organize Libraries
I'd love to be able to sync the entire folder structure to my local disk like Dropbox or Google Drive. it's quite a hassle to download everything manually, and downloads fail frequently on slower connections.
mudstack cloud should have a folder structure over a flat file structure to better match how our team organizes files.
Right click assets for quick actions
I want to do quick actions for files when right clicking them. For example renaming, deleting, assign to library, move to different library, etc... I want this instead of selecting it first then clicking a button in a different spot in the workspace.
Better 3D File Viewing
The 3d viewer needs to support environment settings (lighting, background color, scale, orientation). Even better would be if the viewer could import file attachments and use those as part of the file definition (i.e textures or normal maps assigned in .fbx or .3ds files).
File preview when clicking on the asset
Currently I can't clearly see the preview icons in list view compared to grid view. It's too small. I would like to see a preview of the asset in the bottom right underneath the tags, assigned libraries and metadata. Basically the same as the windows explorer preview plane.
Keep search results after file preview
When I search for a set of assets with the same prefix and edit for example the name, I want to be able to press the "go back" button and not lose the search results for that prefix and my scrollbar position.
Option to filter out assets that are unassigned to libraries
I want to quickly see in which library an asset is without having to select it. Maybe in the same way as tags are displayed or by adding filter options to exclude unassigned assets.
