Cloud folders are available, next will be the ability to move existing content into these folders, followed by library folders.

TomButters: Good news! This is now available in cloud. 
The 1st iteration doesn't yet include the ability to move existing files— we are working on that next.
This also does not include the ability to add (organizational only) folders to Libraries, that will follow the ability to move existing files into folders.
