Technically speaking, we do have an undocumented rest API, which the client uses to function. We don't have any current plans to build a python package that uses this api, but this is something we can look at (especially with the upcoming desktop app launch). I'll chat with the team and circle around when I have more information.

This would be a HUUUGE plus for me.

Being able to write in studio tools to publish assets and tag them to auto upload to Mudstack where we could auto set the tags/typ/status/etc.. is essential to making this part of a studio workflow.
